International Staff Week | 11–14 May 2026

Özyeğin University's International Exchange and Partnership Programs Office is pleased to host an International Staff Week from 11 to 14 May 2026 in Istanbul.

The week is designed for international relations professionals aiming to enhance institutional cooperation, exchange best practices, and gain practical insights into internationalization processes in higher education.

During the “International Staff Week”, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Exchange institutional experiences and best practices through partner presentations, interactive discussions, and a mini partners fair
• Strengthen academic and administrative cooperation through structured networking activities, including speed meetings with academic coordinators and international committee members
• Explore current trends in higher education, with a focus on internationalization, digitalization, and the use of AI in teaching, training, and university practices
• Participate in interactive workshops and thematic sessions centered on intercultural learning and innovative approaches in higher education
• Experience Turkish culture firsthand through workshops, social events, and a guided city program.

Participation Fee

• Partner institutions: 150 EUR
• Non-partner institutions: 50 EUR
  The fee covers coffee breaks, lunches for 4 days, transportation between Kadikoy and the Cekmekoy campus, a Bosphorus dinner cruise, and a guided tour of Istanbul. Payment will be requested after participation is confirmed.
